Setting Up Ruby on Rails in Windows

I don’t normally write a simple endorsement, but in this case, I would like to point anyone that is interested in setting up Ruby on Rails directly in Windows to RailInstaller.  This turned out to be a completely painless way to get the latest versions:

Installed in one fell swoop.  Quite the time saver!
